My time in Dallas continues. Saturday at lunch time I decided to go to a sports bar to watch the Michigan game. Couple options pretty close to the hotel and I chose the Spirit Grille. There is an "e" on the end of grill so you know it's special. I had a BBQ bacon burger. It was very good. The waitress suggested I get the tots with it and to get them crispy, so I did! Nice place to watch a game I could do without the country music, but that's just me.

What can I say. Loved the food. Was a relaxed, cool vibe and the food was amazing. 9 out of 10 restaurants would serve wings that would have very little meat on em. These wings are so meaty!! Don’t take my word for it. This is a Wednesday evening and the place was filled with an older crowd. Definitely looked like most of them were regulars and knew exactly what they wanted to eat. A sign of good food and friendly atmosphere. Would definitely be back for sure. The fries were so yummm!! Excellent service for a wholesome experience Kelly, Ty for your hospitality.

Service was excellent and fast. Burger was delicious and exactly to order, fries were crispy and tender; bread pudding a la mode was hot and moist and the 'la mode' scoop was huge. The karaoke was entertaining.

Such a cute and quant bar/restaurant that reminded me of Cheers. Folks there seemed to be regulars. We sat at the bar around 8:30. It wasn’t super busy but started to fill up as the night went on. My blackened tacos hit the spot! The sauce they used in the tacos was very creamy and delightfully. I think it would make a good dipping sauce for fries or veggies. My date had the fish and chips and he said it was good. Bar tenders were busy but super attentive! I would recommend this place for a first date because if you aren’t feeling the person you’re with, at least the fun karaoke entertainment will keep you distracted! Ha! I will be back for sure and may even put in for a song to sing!

Wife & I had some time to kill so we stopped in to have lunch & watch some football. Plenty of tv's to see an assortment of games. The Spirit wings are a must try. They are big but have great flavor. Beer was big and cold.

Bartenders are always great. Have a really decent bar menu. The Burger and Philly Cheesesteak are very good. Draft beer is cold and crisp and the service is spot on. Kind of hidden in a shopping strip across from the Las Colinas Country club. Highly recommended if you want to stop by for a beer and watxh a few football games.

We randomly went into the spirit grille one day and unexpectedly had some of the best lunches of our lives lol. We've been back so many times since then. The food is always 10/10, everything is amazing, especially the wings and the bleu cheese chips. Waitstaff is always super friendly and always is attentive. Give it a try and you'll understand. 10 out of 10, has quickly turned into one of our favorite food spots.

Great time celebrating with friends tonight at The Spirit Grille. Our waitress was amazing and engaged throughout and even helped with our special request. Pro tip: Friday & Saturday are Karioke nights. Drink up and join the fun. PS. The pic makes sense if you were there!
